The four Development Partnerships all face the same challenges in different environments: To qualify a disadvantaged target group in an innovative way and to find efficient instruments of its sustainable integration into the labour market. An individual qualification involving all relevant partners should take the needs of the trainees as well as the demands of the companies into account. The four partners come from two small and two large countries, one of each are new members of the European Union. Merging the national experiences of four very different countries should result in a universal model of a Vocational Education Network (VENet model) that is adaptable to all European countries. |
