The Polish Partnership “First Shift” has been set up by the Craft, Small and Medium-sized Enterprises Chamber in Katowice with the participation of the Trade Union "Solidarity" of Silesia and Dabrowa Region, the Silesian Regional Labour Office in Katowice and the Foundation for Local Democracy Development. The target group of people with a low level of education should be integrated into the labour market by gaining qualification through a practical apprenticeship within businesses, accompanied by theoretical classes.
